 I have never seen Carter happier than when he is running through puddles in his rain boots, soaking wet and grinning ear to ear.  This particular day, there was only one big puddle… and it was in front of the neighbors yard, and it was SO muddy.  So… he stomped the afternoon away, covered in muddy water and perfectly delighted about it.
