A week or two ago Nate spent Saturday morning building a snowfort with the kids (my expertise ends with Frosty!) They had such a good time… they even made a bench, and a snow-pillow (at Emma’s request). It was so fun, that Emma still said in her prayer last night (as she has most nights since then) “and I’m thankful to build a snowfort…”

How fun! I can’t believe how much snow and how cold it is for you guys. All I can say is stay warm. Your kids are growing up so fast I can hardly believe it; and another one on the way. I still imagine Emma as a little baby not just a “big girl”. Well, have a good day.

what a cool dad! You guys are so brave and make the best of your cold weather. We’ve been hibernating since Becca was born, maybe we’ll venture out in the spring!!
