In the car yesterday we got into a conversation about “accidents”. Zach wanted to know if grown-ups ever had them, “not usually”, and if I ever did when I was a kid, which prompted the sharing of a most embarrassing moment in first grade where I didn’t dare ask the teacher to use the bathroom. I finished telling the story and Zach says, “thanks for the good advice, Mom.” Glad I could help.

My boys love the stories where I make a fool out of myself, I think they learn more from my life than their own.

Okay, that kids just totally cracks me up. We must come and see you, I love the picture of the 4th of July and I can totally picture you as the last shopper at Target. It’s actually hard for me to believe it was the first time! Let’s talk soon!
