In desperation and willing to try just about anything early this week, I asked Nate to take the bars off of Carter's crib and convert it to a toddler bed. I figured it couldn't make things any worse, and may just make it "cool" to sleep in his bed. I couldn't have been more wrong. Besides still being up several times in the night and having to sleep on his floor to keep him in the bed, there were three LONG, nap-less days. And then, even before I was able to get a picture of Carter in his "big boy bed", I begged Nate to put the bars back on. Being the good guy that he is, he changed it back the next morning, saving my sanity. The silver lining in all of this is that I have never been so grateful for that afternoon nap!

Looking over you blog makes me miss all of you! Does Carter still want to take off his head? With pink eye and colds, I don’t blame him! I loved the ice rinks at the parks in MN! Did you visit the one behind my old home? Kiss those kids for me.
