I can't believe my kids were 8, 6, and 3 before they had their first Twinkie (courtesy of Emma's soccer coach after practice).
They were saying, "What's a Twinkie?" and "I think it looks like some bread with some frosting…" – poor, deprived children.
Emma and Zach liked it. Carter did not. It wasn't as good as I remembered. :)
That was my kids a year or two ago. Mike’s parents came to visit and bought a box of twinkies. I remember as a kid just loving them. However, as an adult I must say they are one of the nastiest things out there. Worst flavor ever. Glad they all got to try it.
Now you need to move them up to a little debbie swiss roll. Truly my personal favorite!! Really!
